Class Cancellation:

You must cancel class at least 12 hours in advance. Fees will be deducted for cancellations beyond the required time frame.

Client must books and cancels group classes through MindBody app.

Waitlist Policy:

If a spot opens, we automatically add waitlisted clients to the booked class. If a client’s availability is uncertain, cancel the waitlist.

​

 

Dispensation:

A client has two dispensations from late cancellation: sick & force majeur.
